The research facility at Stone Creek in the Schoemanskloof valley, incorporates two farms with a range of soil types, on which are Macadamia, Pecan and Citrus orchards that are used for trial purposes. A range of annual crops are planted on demand to fulfil clients’ requirements, which include crucifers, maize, onions, potatoes, sunflower, soybean and tomatoes.

Off-station trials are also conducted on sugarcane and other subtropical crops, using trusted co-operators and commercial growers where necessary.
